The Tree of Light illuminated art wall panel

Feature Walls — Velo

Feature Walls in Velo and Jacquard and Spider.

Introduction

Feature Walls

A real DreamLux installation shown here as an example of feature walls, built on Velo and Jacquard and Spider.

Velo: Velo has a compact, even weave that creates a smooth, continuous surface. Light emerges as soft, diffused points, like a quiet field of stars. The surface is printable, so images, graphics, or custom patterns can be added. Velo works well as a decorative panel, a luminous curtain, or mounted on walls and ceilings. Jacquard: Jacquard is woven with the pattern built in from the start, so the design decides exactly where light appears and where it stays dark. Layered wiring creates real depth, almost like a light-and-shadow drawing woven into the fabric. It’s a denser, more structured material, well suited to wall panels and paneling. Spider: Spider has a vertical, thread-like structure. Light travels along subtle winding lines rather than spreading evenly, creating sparkling points and a sense of rhythm and depth. It reads as an architectural, almost graphic surface, well suited to a bold feature wall or a striking curtain.
